Deposit is 50% of your rate at time of booking.  .  All reservations are subject to a $200 security deposit and the 8.5% rooms & meal tax New Hampshire meals & rooms tax.  We welcome pets, with approval!  Each furry member of your family requires a $100 fee per pet, per week.  Check-in time is 2:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am.   Payment by cash, check, ( credit card + 4%)

If the reservation is cancelled in less than 30 days from the reservation, the full balance will be charged. 

Price includes on-site parking, staff on-site, gas grills, fenced-in yard, patio sets,, wireless internet, over 300 movies & fresh popcorn, fans, all units with a/c, full kitchen.  Bring your favorite pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, soap, paper products, bath mat,  hair dryer, 2 tv with HBO
